Adam
Jeskins is a Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager with over 15 years of industry experience of Quantity Surveying, Building
Surveying and Project Management covering a wide range of sectors. Adam believes in providing a first class service
to all Client's, echoed by the significant proportion of repeat work and recommendations.
Adam has been involved with projects from feasibility
and inception through to completion providing a variety of traditional quantity surveying and cost control duties as well
as construction management and project management roles. In addition to working with Clients and End-Users,
Adam has specific experience also of working for both developers and contractors. Adam has
a proven track record in the management of large projects with complex programming requirements and budgetary / funding controls.
Adam has an extensive knowledge of inspection of buildings, and preparation of survey
reports, condition reports and schedules of work. He is experienced in the application and management of
Health and Safety both on site, and in the roles of CDM Coordinator. Adam has a detailed technical, practical and commercial
awareness of how design decisions affect costs and programmes.
Adam is able to provide detailed
advice and guidance on the various procurement processes and methods. Through experience, Adam is able
to advise on all major forms of contracts including the JCT and NEC suites.
Adam has specific
experience in project fund monitoring, insurance reinstatement valuations, VAT, capital allowances and claims.
Adam is also a Chartered Environmentalist offering specialist
advice on BREEAM, Sustainability and Renewables, an increasing requirement of Planning.
Adam is a Member of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors East Midlands Matrics Committee, with a specific role of Careers and APC Officer. Adam is an
Accredited APC Doctor for the East Midlands Region and is an Assessor for Associate Membership of the RICS. In addition,
Adam is a Professional Review Panel Member for the Chartered Institute of Building.
